Ready for bed yet? Woo- Woo !!! Yes, its time for my woo-woo practical exercise.
At night I have a truly practical and amazing wind down activity that I want to share with you and I love it. I’m crazy about it and it helps me get stuff done the next day and keeps the rest of my life in balance. If I had to give something up in my life this is one exercise I would not miss out on daily. It doesn’t have to be intense either. You just show up and okay this may surprise you but you can do this anywhere you want in the world.
I am so excited to share this very personal and declare it has helped me and as I announce this blatant unavoidable habit that requires no radical setting just a silly peace of paper and pencil or pen. Yes, that’s half of getting this activity exercise right is using materials that we have come to avoid in life like writing.
Well, this mindful activity is my wo0-woo love daily basis that helps me distress, it gives me less anxiety, prepare me for the next day ahead in life and intentionally sets me up for life. Its the kind of exercise that heals, helps me grow and flourish. It’s crazy but it is what drives me and helps settle me all at the same time.
I use knowledge, passion and mesh ideas all on a blank piece of paper. There is no style or time allocation on this exercise. The words ooze out of me as I lose track of time with my head in mindful restful journey to get better sleep. It is a real practical exercise as it identifies with the big real life and what is going on in my life and what I am doing day to day. I tap into my mind and I am learning and teaching and giving myself a love-kindness that feels amazing and it helps me take action to serve my soul.
My guidance starts with start to go to bed earlier and write in bed, light a candle, and sit quietly and close your eyes before you begin to write. The healing is in the moments before and after you write and every word in-between the sentences. This totally guilt free activity, makes me feel like I am sharing my juicy day and all that I am. So, reconnect and make a start to write about you. Its the best investment and a huge upgrade to your life that really matters. I use it as a total ritual like nothing without action you need to declare your “youness”.
This exercise will simplify your life and lay the foundations for what really serves you. You don’t need permission to serve yourself you just need to acknowledge your “youness”. So, here’s the first exercise: Start by writing down the things you craved for in your day and how it made you feel and how you worked towards achieving and serving your soul within.
I love that you can be yourself and bring your whole self to the exercise. You zone into getting back to basics and literally have no fear when you spin a few tales on paper. Its like swimming a few laps in the pool slowly up and down the pool as you lose complete feeling and feel free. Your comfort zone is one where you go and feel comfortable enough to be you. Share with me where your comfort zone is and what you would say to yourself on paper if you did this exercise and acknowledge to serve your soul.
