I wanted to share The top three must-dos when it comes to taking care of yourself emotionally and spiritually. I love helping women feel more beautiful, healthy, and energised. Getting stuck can feel like a un-doubtful pit that cutting edge path. Worry, fear and anger can build up and sit deep within us till we feel overwhelmed and unbalanced. If we choose to seek out external nourishment for our soul and internal nourishment for our soul we can soak up a resting connection with ourselves.
Heres 3 ways to tune into taking care of yourself emotionally and spiritually
- Continually check in with yourself – Have i lead a mindful meaningful week? Am I happy? What have i done this week for my something that makes me feel happy? Have i reached my goal i set at the beginning of the week? Maybe harder said than done when you are on high speed auto pilot. it’s easy to get stuck in life and wonder how on earth you got there and this can have a huge flow-on affect emotionally and spiritually. It may be time to take care of yourself and feed your face with a dose of healthy vibes and reset the energy button to feel empowered.
- Spend time in a power place – There is much to say about going to a place that makes you feel great. Being alone and enjoying your own time is one way to transform your inner core strength. Go and unplug and find your happy place. Colours are a powerful way to shift your mood so sightseeing in your own city can perk up your mood and energy. Swimming, meditating, yoga, walking, sitting outside by the water or beach all amazing ongoing emotional cleansers. Spirituality can be found within to get renewed energy- it’s ok to emotionally connect to the place that makes you stronger and calmer.
- Don’t be afraid to change – Like going out to play its ok to be aware that things will feel different when you do something for the first time. It’s ok to say no and it’s ok to pull back to leap forward with energy and empowerment. Look inside yourself and know change starts with you, me, and all of us.
