I started this year off with like no other year different. I set new goals, i decided to read a book the whole way through and i would take more time out for me to make sure i would not make more mistakes. doing the right thing for yourself is knowing yourself inside and out. Often time is the gift we have on our side yet we often fail to use time as a gift to make peace with our lives.

Get to Know yourself (better) + (really get to know yourself)
This is so important if you want to make peace with yourself. When people get to know themselves they have the ability to fulfil their life in ways they never thought possible. Overtime i think we really get to know ourselves better than anyone.
Back yourself up (more) + (really you deserve a fantastic life!)
This came so clear to me that backing yourself is the only way to a joyful, happy and full life. We deserve to be happy and live out our dreams. From the moment you back yourself something feels different and you can feel ways to release the pain that you hold onto.
Let go of trying to be perfect (seriously you are perfectly ok being you!)
This came so clear to me by letting go of being perfect meant i could see a life beyond struggle and challenges i faced. By simplying our lives we can really make a difference and impact. Simple living, buying less, living for less and using what we have can make a huge change to our mindset.
Correct your mistakes (honesty is the best policy)
This came clear with making more mistakes in my life than i can think about i learnt mistakes are memories and should be used as honesty goodness. Plain and simple methods are best way to approach life.
Plan for the long term
If you want peace of mind i say plan and plan first. Simple planning is a no brainer and sure we can’t plan everything in our life. But it is common to plan things around our health, work and our lifestyle. Can you imagine a life long term how would it look?
