I Stopped Stress
There’s a lot to be said for what you think about yourself. Isn’t it time to stop wasting your time on worrying about your everyday stress.
I want to feel free as a bird and dance like the lightness of radiance and be the only person who is watching when all else feels like life is crumbling around me. Your spiritual dance may be like letting go of stress and igniting a new way of life. Its like a new movement meditation that is a flow of source and energy to feel revitalised. The universe is watching when no one else is and to connect with you and your spirit to receive what you need to release stress in your life is a gift.
We need to regain control to our reaction in a present moment. It’s all fun and games until someone gets stressed which hopefully you will avoid if you follow mindfulness, states of relations, environment, movement and breathing and overcome stress. Feel good, look good and over the next couple of weeks I will share five important tips that I have published over the last 6 months. So, here you go- the most popular post of 2015! So, I have started a movement and if want you to join me to transform your happiness patterns and how you see yourself on a daily basis and see if meditation is a health wellness difference you want to make.
For as long as I can remember I love happiness and when I became a educator and teacher of health science and nutrition, health and fitness it became my daily ritual to change my life and made me glow to be a new person.
Its part of my happiness test and about ‘doing more of what you love’ project. I set out to commit to being happy, healthy and have less stress last year and so far I have never felt better. #istoppedstress
