There have been misconceptions about what it means to be skinny. And I think its clear that there is a myth that being skinny makes you happier. Before I clear up and encourage women to fully embrace the body they have now rather than the body they want.
So, rather than wishing for a better body, better life why not start finding food that makes your body feel pretty inside and out. Ladies we do have choices and when we are faced with a nice big sweet treat that we can’t say no – what would you do?
Remove the feeling that you will feel pretty after so stop and use your mind to conquer the battle of skinny. Rather than say good bye to sweet treats why not say its okay but I don’t feel like it today. Each day gets easier.
You deserve to feel good.
