The miracle I learnt is you don’t have to be stuck in your fears and anxiety any longer. If you sit back and let everyone have all the fun and you close off your heart to what you want to do you will miss out on the fun and the big adventure. The adventure is some ride and hey expect that anything can change. For me my joyride has been nothing but easy. I had a few bumps and the point is today I consider myself a very lucky person to be sharing this. The truth is I have followed my heart and every time I turn away from my heart I come back to the part that is the self-love miracle and that is where I fell in love with what I was doing in the present moment. I watch hundred’s of self-help you tube videos yet I could not wait 15 minutes to get to the point. I wanted the answers in the first few minutes so I decided that I should maybe start a you tube channel to settle in and watch at least 4 minutes max!! during my research has seen there is definitely a need for more fun and emotional sharing of this thing called life.
We learn through other peoples life’s and there is no pressure if I press record button and then its up to the universe what happens with the video. No what I fear and what other people think its all about throwing it out there. So, after I am ready to deliver some content you might find a video or two pop up here. I have never really played it safe but I know playing it different will lead me to live an extraordinary life. I once was at a function and someone said wow, look at her how did she get here. I said she started it and then kept going. The lesson in this is we can no longer be obsessed with what we think, what others think of us and its time to rise up to the joy platform. Its time to shift perspective and have more of what you want in life. Push away that fear and let the expectations of everybody go. Are you not entitled to enjoy your life 100% without some supercharged feelings.
So, when you are ready to live 100% supercharged your soul will tell you have had enough. We get to a point that we call it quits and put our hands up and want a miracle now. We ither drop to our knees or we ignore what everyone else thinks. We dream of a world starting fresh from new, from the beginning. I got clear on my own desire to start over and now I am in such a more loving relationship with myself. I contuine to work on the relationships around me and most enjoy being in my comfort zone. Knowing you have reached this point puts you in the joy seat and know things some how will be all ok. You feel it. Think about what you really want and go deep behind the feelings as you think how you would approach it think about writing a list will what it is you want.
- I want to be happy
- I want to be rich
- I want to have more free time
Now go back to your list and rewrite the list with details. Support your list with call to actions.
- I want to feel happier about my life as I work towards my goals, I shall quit self-sabotaging my dreams
- I want to feel more financial about my life and will work on supporting myself with stripping back on the items that I don’t need, resist the urge to impulse buy and start saving towards a happier future
- I want to gain more relaxation time and will try to make a habit out of meditation on sunrise and sunset.
Now, its your turn and try some positive changes and boldly step forward and make some miracles. The fun part is you get to create the steps to take action and you can include all the information to make it happen around your life and this process will help you get closer to reaching the goals.

You can change the fate of your future by taking action and why would you settle on feeling that this is it. I am motivated to move past my fear and break up with my issues. I had to break up with my juicer and realised that making daily juices was stressing me out so now I buy and go and well if I want that coffee I have it. I had to stop punishing my annoying habits that I just had to lighten up a little. Ok, maybe more than a little. I felt nervous if things did not work to plan yet now is don’t stress as such and I smile and yes even grin and bear it. Its how we chose to control our minds and behaviour. Maybe you can relate to this message or post but think twice when you feel down on yourself. Think someone somewhere is doing it tough. Often we think too much about ourselves and I kind of love a world where we care for others as much as ourselves. Smile and say hi to strangers more and pay attention at others around you. For example off your phone and lift your eyes up and smile. The joy comes with the unexpected. It was my expected nature that lead me down the wrong paths and now I feel more balanced, but I call it like satisfaction and each day I wake up with gratitude and hope.
