Ask anyone do they meditate and people may say god no! Well, now when I say I must go meditate on that people are raising an eyebrow interesting and they think about what I say. Far too many times I would bubble over and now I think I meditate on that rather than react for the wrong reasons. My style of meditation is different I seek, search, craft my style and I love my own way of meditating.
You see we often try to be like others in life and when we meditate we don’t have to be like others either, you can mask out your own way of creating.
In life we are all seeking something. Something bigger than where we are now, seeking a life partner that truly makes us happy, someone that we can dream together and have a magical life, magic is what we want in life and we can all be. What makes me stronger is the fact I know I can get more out of life through meditation. I may not be the guru of all time, but I know I can teach others to use this most practical and special tool to change your life. Its been a pretty powerful part of my life recently and its up to you to carve time out of your busy day and hectic life to make time. Pause and reset.

When you address your emotions and control them instead of letting them control you- You also add years to your life.
One of the best ways to become more self-aware and follow your soul purpose is to meditate. When we fully switch off we feel connected to what is we are seeking or searching for. Meditation is not about being a hippy, sitting in a room on your own with lights off and dressed in a full length gown, or under the tree at the river. You can meditate whenever you need to wherever.
