It may seem like a tall order but seriously it is a change of style to your everyday that will take the stress away. Take the guess work out of why you are stressed in the morning. Maybe you are not getting enough beauty sleep? Yes, sleep really can make a difference to your life. Let’s be honest we could blame everything on busy-ness and laziness!!! Less stress around our food choices, just focussing on adding more good to our plates, instead of focussing on what’s everyone eating. More positive mindset, more positive relationships and more fun in your life doing stuff you love with all help with sleep.
I have message in a bottle and its called water. Staying hydrated is important to a peaceful nights rest and will help you feel cleansed. Often yes, you may need a toilet break but stress not it helps the system clear out unwanted waste products and will make you happier in the morning.

The best way to wake up stress free is to wind down with a good meal and a note book to Dedicate a half hour before bedtime to wind down, switch off devices, phones and all electric devices. When you go to sleep with devices charging near your head you feel like your charge has been taken out of your body when you wake up. It’s time to charge up away from your bedroom and far from where you sleep.
A bedroom is a sacred place where you sleep and take the aquacade rest that is needed to recharge and reenergise. Your sleep needs all the help and even if it means sorting out your space with your wardrobe, sock draw or even tackling the shops to buy some new linens. My mother always said a slip pillow case made out of silk will help you properly sink into your pillow and make you feel more comfortable when your body is on your mattress.
In fact recently studies show many people are actually very unhappy with their beds in only they understand the practice of making their beds properly.
Every morning as I get up within the first 15 minutes I make my bed so
- I’m not reluctant to return to bed
- It looks beautiful to relax and enjoy my morning
- It’s a routine and a small exercise workout if you get those hospital corners right
Fact is most people who make their own beds feel better organised, and will feel better rested. All in all bed makers are less stressed and happier. So, why not try making your bed or make it with someone that cares to show you how much fun you can have making a bed.
