If Only….place your attention on intention rather than daydreaming. It seems to create a dissatisfaction with the present and then we feel overwhelmed.
Are you feeling burned out, exhausted and overwhelmed?
What’s all of this costing you right now?
Is your health suffering because of this?
Have you put your happiness on hold?
Are your dreams on hold?
Have you zero energy for anything anymore?
Are your relationships suffering?
Is your career or work from home suffering?
Are your blocked by your finances being in a mess?
What about your diet and the choices you make for yourself daily?
Do you feel exhausted and drained from the minute you arise in the morning?
Does everything feel like such a struggle?
Are you dragging your weary legs out the door to feel “IF ONLY”?
Paying attention to the present moment with an attitude of curiosity creates an environment of discovery. When we pay attention we become more interested, when we are interested, we discover all kinds of unknown aspects around our life.
Whenever you come aware Here are three really important questions to start asking yourself throughout the day:
What am I thinking right now?
What am I feeling right now?
What is the quality of each thought?
But the problem is, we will never truly get to know ourselves if we don’t ask them. We’ll never become truly self-aware, and we’ll never know what it’s like to consciously choose our own thoughts and feelings.
By spending a few minutes every day immersed in gentle, inward enquiry, you will learn to feel the rhythm of your own feelings, and know what you need to do to calm yourself down and concentrate your energies in the most effective way.
Look at each choice you face as a small choice not think of it as a big huge decision. Make a deliberate choice about where to place your attention.
