How to stop hating things about yourself and love who you are!
Have you ever thought it is time to let yourself go. Be free and brave and have the courage to stand tall.
When was the last time you laughed at yourself and listening to your inner voice?

I swear that the most vital question is Who are you? You define you. If your flaws defined you well you would be that parts that bug you. Life does not bug you just the flaws that only you see. Lets let the go like butterfly’s and who says we can’t be who we are.
Really what are flaws?
Have you ever said, “If only I had more money, then I could do what I really want with my life,” or “If only I lost more weight, I would be happy,” “If only I were smarter, then I could have a job I love”?
Despite what you might believe about yourself, there is a cure!
Did you join in when others in conversation when they delve into this topic of choice that they use negative mindset to comb their egos. Welcome to the world of mindset and playtime. We become children when we turn into a child and talk to ourselves like playmates and use unworthy comments and ok, I’m sure you get the picture of what I’m saying. It isn’t worth repeating. There are times when we all feel like we attack our egos and I’m happy to say yes I have done this too!

Is there anything you will miss?
When you were a kid you remember missing out on things and insecurities would creep in telling you nasty things. Trying to move past the process is what truly matters most.
If we can learn to accept ourselves for who we are then we all would be so much happy. If you focused on being happy about you right now and all the good bits in-between we would be so much in love with our life.
Can we really love ourselves for who we are?
Despite what we think of ourselves I’d much prefer to hear you say Yay! Yeh! Yeah! YES!!
We sometimes just need help with our perspective of seeing things different. If we back up a little and step out and see things differently in someone else’s shoes we can go much further and see through the forest for the trees.
We must then play with the idea that we are pretty special. Well, we are. It’s how you see it.
The truth is do what your heart desires. Sure self-doubt might be around the corner but stand up to say back off Bi…H!!!
Follow that we need to identify that we are no different to each other and we are here as a special message to feel good about yourself. If you feel good, I feel good. It’s a repeat pattern. We need to build up our little pile of love and nurture each other.
So, how about we start by loving you. Self-love is my passion and purpose in life to help women see that your beauty is inside and out within their lies an amazing person who has so much more capability to drive a heart. If you can train your brain to see positive and focus on the good you will be able to get the self-love place quicker.
Try these ways to help dedicate more love:
1. Celebrate yourself with positive affirmations
Develop new patterns and words of speaking to your heart. Self-love will bubble with lost of nice words and messages and a feeling of radiance will offer you compassion and passion.

“I am worthy of my desires.”
2/Let go of trying so hard
Have you ever just thought I have had enough. Well, its time to listen to your inner intuition and embrace your life to the fullest with the way you want and stop trying to be what others want and what you think you have to be. Grazing through my own eyes I see so much beauty in the world and if I start to own!! my own stuff then its time to let go of everything that is not serving me.

3/ Stand tall
Pick and choose you to rise up sister and come to unity. That feeling of healing can come with standing up for yourself and dealing with all those emotions that have been building. Allow yourself time and speak your truth and replenish in the weather and make a joyful noise and hug a tree or a friend if that makes you feel amazing.
Id be ticked pink if you told me about it and if this works and go and get some sleep, stretch and watch the sunrise.
My three favourite S’s: are my awakening that helps me and I give thanks for all things great and small=gratitude=5 things i appreciate at night=write in a journal and see how much you love you and your life.
So what if you didn’t finish that thing … forget beating yourself up. Its time your ego will rise up sister and I’m calling you to get involved …and stand tall.
