Its one of those massive hurdles to get over, get around or just scrap by. Life is busy enough without all the big dreams and goals you want to achieve. It hit home yesterday for me when i realised how out sourcing really helps in the long picture and and your sanity too. Making room for what is to come will help you step up and show up in a huge way. Start to trust yourself its so worth it. Each action you make towards creating balance counts for something bigger to come. You may need to manifest, visualise, dream, be patient, love yourself more, outsource whatever change is good and it gets you to conquer your fears and support you.
Let go of whatever is making you un-balanced
You see what we feel is not always as we do things. Often we don’t think we do it for ease. We choose to do it for fulfilling our dream box quota. Our imaginations are so busy with dreams and when we completely ignore the signs that we need to scale back, pull back, or even have that well learnt rest – we can’t. Why? You see we are one sighted and we often think of balance as a scale that can tip over anytime. Our dreams are so demanding that you may think there is no point in balance as you have to keep going, you have to make a start, you will never get there, but stop all that now. You will get there and in your own time. For god sake it is not a race or competition. I shudder when i see people do things just to impress others. Its your race for you and only you.
Work as a routine and Rest as Relaxation
Maybe there is a spiritual and psychological side to think about too. Poor self-esteem can keep us from aligning our energy with rest and we keep going to end up feeling like we don’t know what to do. I find even people that over caffeinating can have issues with sleep and rest in general. Truth is just follow your intuition and no worry what others are doing.
Focus on you not the crowd.
We all have good and bad days and its not that we are not worthy of having the balance. Its hard to find the space on our calendar. I was always rushing around and now i trust my own voice, then i slow down, take my time, and i started to trust my judgment and trust my place in this world. You see basically everything we do we judge ourselves and you can create new alignment with your mindset and correct its imbalance.
The most important tool to begin to balance is knowing you and you are not alone. Your dreams can wait and our daily lives must be groomed so we don’t allow that dream to drain us daily. When you start to discover how to use this tool you realise life does go on and reality has its limits. Like saying no rather than crying out trying to keep up with everything.
Restore Balance if you are out of Balance
What shift can you do to alter the distraction around you inner girl sphere? If you are out of balance its because your energetically allowing yourself to be struggle along. There is another way.
Here are 5 mindset shifts to move to start trusting yourself and move from imbalance to a place of balance.
Mindset 1.Give your personal dreams a place to hang.
If you can see them you can visualise them and soak up the energy from your imagination and the energy they deserve. See the words that you need to have around you and feel supported by quotes or people who inspire you. You see this energises me and pulls on my heartstrings. I love phrases not just words.

Mindset 2. Stop Comparing Your dreams to others
Seriously it may be time to take break from comparing your dreams to those around you or in groups. Focus on you and what you want to achieve. You can be more productive with just putting your heart and mind into something that feel right for you rather than people that are surrounded by you. Just give yourself permission to trust your intuition and you may have to spend time to invest in working on that.
Mindset 3. Let things be easier
Easy said than done. But if you’re anything like me, sometime your brain goes to the worst possible scenario and over complicates citations sometimes. Instead what if you change things and make it easier on you. I was at a dinner party and sure i was listing the reasons why i thought something was hard for me as i saw an easier solution. It sounded hard but i have to keep it simple. I was making a situation out of nothing. At that point i knew i had to change my mindset and i would make more progress on my own solutions that others. I am now focussed on enjoying whole heartedly my own progress and business more.
Mindset 4. You don’t need to know the answer right now
Wow, i know this is a stressing out one where we spend hours worrying about the outcome. I can’t tell you how many times i have not wanted to start or complete as i don’t know the physical outcome. I could not move forward so instead i knew i had to adopt a new mindset for the future. Often we don’t trust our own judgement and often we want to but need that little push. I want you to trust you are ready for this. Slow down and trust you already know the answer and if you don’t thats ok. Everything will be okay. Trust your answers that come and go and when your ready you will know. Pushing ourselves till we crack is no fun and seriously if you don’t know the answer right now, maybe its not the right timing in your life. I believe in the universe has our back and often we have to let down our back to allow good new things to flow into our lives. Choose love over fear.
Mindset 5. Trust you are exactly where you are supposed to be.
Our thoughts are mental energy and you get what you think about. Call it manifesting or committing to an idea. This mindset really helped me to trust where i am i am supposed to be. I trust that I’m focussing on me and increased my own tasks to move forward. I used to spend hours trying to figure it all out or the million dollar idea that would change my situation around when i was just wasting my time. I was too busy with not trusting what was going on in the present moment. The now was just passing me by. So that is a relief to know it will be all okay. You may need to be patient yet i know its absolutely worth the wait.
