If you’re tired everything and you don’t want to look back at life and regret or wonder about whats going on inside you.
Owning your beauty can be difficult when women don’t like their bodies. In fact 4% of women hate their bodies and think they are average (source: dove). Would you like to look back at life and regret spending huge amounts of time stressing over how you look, is your makeup right, does your outfit look great? If you look back at life regrets is something we all die with often or we talk about the regrets of the dying. For me i regret to tell you – you can fix how you feel about yourself now.
It may have taken me a while to put my head up and feel my inner gorgeous. But i do know we all have those days where we don’t feel beautiful. While, it may not be easy but i wanted to share 4 lessons that helped me get out of a beauty rut and never look back with regrets to truly live your life. Beauty is only one focus and if we worry how we look all the time we are removing the joy and happiness from life.
Rather think of what is wrong with me to what is right. Time of all that wasted time in front of the mirror.
So here are some ideas to help you own your beauty.

Its time to love the body you have today. Overtime you hear those words about to come out of your mouth when something else says wow you look goo today. You reply oh no i don’t. Stop right there and change your attitude towards yourself no more dirty talk about yourself.
1.Get Rid of Negative Words and Stop the dirty talk:
Say thank you. It’s time to acknowledge the comments people give you.We must tune into a more positive conversation about our bodies. Oh, thank you for noticing. Sweet thoughts!
2. Remove the number on your clothing
If you haven’t guessed it by cutting the tags out of your clothes and not seeing a number will do you only good. If you have piles of clothes or even when before you had your children and hoping to return to that size- i beg you to move on and throw it out- pass it forward or give it away there is no excuse for keeping stuff that is holding you back in your mind. Beauty in the way you dress comes down to making a good impression not one that was years old and why wear old that makes you feel bad. By dressing with clothe start make you feel good you can improve your 7 seconds you what to impress people. When you feel better about yourself you take better care of yourself and its that simple to make an effort.
3. Create an I love myself mood board
I so love doing this one and it really works. We all love something in life and in our home, closet or even about ourselves. Your personality, confidence, smile, eyes, body, kind heart, laughter you create when you walk in a room, compassion, talents and achievements. Start to think pretty by loving yourself and what you are all about. Words can’t describe how proud of yourself you will be if you actually make the time. I am beautiful, I am kind, I am a good laugh, I am pretty, I am happy”
4. Think like a child and go out and explore nature
Take a deeper look around your environment. Get back in touch with nature is not rocket science but its just what you need to get back in touch with yourself. Instead of watching television go for a walk and see the world around you. Take notice of the smells, colours, animals, clouds, weather, and look at the beauty around you butterflies (kids love little simple things so find joy in the pure simple elements) so think what would a kids go- jump for joy, laugh, giggle wherever your mind takes you let it go and release the struggles and challenges in life and just feel beautiful with the world around you.
